100 Most Sales Car in the USA 1ST Quarter of 2012

With 143,827 units sold between January and March the Ford F-Series was the winner overall U.S. sales in the period. The advantage over the 2 was placed over 38 thousand units.

Chief among the cars, the Toyota Camry was the 2nd place overall and scored 105,405 units, 37% more than the same period in 2011. The final podium position was that of the Nissan Altima and its 96,360 units, the result of an increase of 38.5%.
