Nothing left for the Cadillac prototype ATS abandon their test mule stage to begin final design show, but before we could see the outlines of the car, the kids watch GM Inside News claim to have achieved a number of details important on this compact sedan that will deal with models like the BMW 3 Series.

As has been corroborated by two sources, the ATS, which will be manufactured in Lansing, Michigan (this has been confirmed by GM), will be released in late 2012 with its U.S. launch.
