Official: Volkswagen XL1, the concept that consumes 0.9 liters per cent

That engine develops 48 hp, while the electric motor provides 27 hp. The two units are coupled to a DSG transmission with seven reports and assisted by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion. The prototype can run 100% electric mode for 35 miles and deliver, on average, 24 grams of CO2 per km.
