Renault Fluence launches in India

Diamond in the manufacturer has announced the launch of its Fluence sedan in India, followed by four other models by 2012.

Manufactured at the plant in Chennai (southeast), the Renault Fluence arrives in India! "The launch of Fluence in India marks the beginning of a major product offensive, in a market that is a pillar of the development of Renault's international, in the framework of its Renault Commitment 2016 - Drive the Change" said Marc Nassif, CEO of the brand for India.

The Koleos crossover, also produced in Chennai, will meanwhile launched next October. This plant was built under a joint venture with Nissan. It already produces the Nissan Micra, and will have an annual production capacity of 400,000 vehicles by 2015.
