Geneva 2012: Honda NSX and CR-V shows (hq photos for NSX)
With two very different sports-car concept and production-based prototype of the new CR-V, and the idea of a completely new 1.6-liter diesel engine Honda is on this year's Geneva Motor Show represented.
With the NSX concept car the company is a glimpse of the next generation of a new supercar. The technical layout of the concept car combines a centrally positioned high-tech V6 engine with Honda's new technology such as sports-hybrid system, SH-AWD (Super Handling All Wheel Drive). The launch will take place in three years. With the Honda EV-STER shows the open two-seater electric sports car that has a rear wheel drive.
Another highlight is the prototype of the future CR-V. Honda provides a first hand view of the design of the European version of the fourth, all-new generation of SUVs. The launch takes place next autumn.
