2013 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG 45th Anniversary New york 2012

 The Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG will celebrate at the New York International Auto Show 2012 its grand entrance and still make a very special specimen in the center: the Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG 45th Anniversary. Only 45 copies of which are the occasion of the 45th Founding anniversary of AMG, the performance brand of Stuttgart, will begin shipping in September. One must assume that they are all collector's items.

The anniversary copy of the V12 roadster with 5980 cc displacement, 463 kW / 630 hp and maximum torque of 1000 Newton meters will receive an exclusive special features. Exclusively for the special edition AMG has provided the color "designo magno graphite", a gray color with a satin finish. Applications in high-gloss chrome to set contrast, the new "twin blade" radiator grille with two blade-like fins, the aperture of the LED daytime running lights and the side fins on the wings and on the hood. Also exclusive to the cheers copy is the exterior carbon package in matt finish. The cross brace in the front apron, side mirrors and the spoiler lip are made of carbon, which is provided with a satin finish. In the same look presents itself, the AMG 6.0-liter V12 biturbo engine. Its high-quality engine cover is made of matt carbon fiber and aluminum.
