The Dutch company PAL-V Europe has a series of successful test flights conducted with Personal Air and Land Vehicle. The vehicle can take off and land almost anywhere, to the air to go into an orbit of about 165 meters. Important potential customers are the police, army and emergency services. They see the business opportunities according to aid in disaster areas, surveillance and security.
