Morgan has released the first exclusive model SP1 2015 with video



Sports car manufacturer Morgan presented a model of SP1 (Special Project 1). Coupe built in a single copy on request of an unnamed businessman. The creation of a new division engaged in the car of the British brand - Morgan Special Projects Division. It is based on the concept LIFECar, shown at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show.

The British automaker Morgan presented at the Geneva Motor Show concept Plus E. The prototype is based on the car Plus 8, the latest version which can also be seen on Stand Morgan. In the electric vehicle propulsion engine includes Zytek 160 hp and a torque of 380 Nm, receiving power from a lithium-ion battery, and five-speed manual transmission.

British manufacturer of exclusive sports cars Morgan has officially unveiled a new model - a three-wheeled car, which is a modern interpretation of the machines of similar design manufactured by from 1909 to 1953. On it informs edition of AutoWeek.

Novelty is equipped with 100-horsepower gasoline engine capacity of 1800 cc, fitted to motorcycles Harley Davidson, and five-speed manual transmission Mazda. According to the manufacturer, from zero to 96 mph this car can accelerate in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 185 kilometers per hour. At the heart of the machine is a double roll bar, and its body panels made of aluminum. The mass of three-wheeled "Morgan" is equal to five hundred kilograms.

For all time of existence on the line of "old" three-wheeled Morgan was issued 30,000 such vehicles. Until last year, the license to produce these cars belonged to an American engineer Pete Larsen, who produced in the U.S. under the name of the replica Liberty Ace. Now all right to vehicles re-turned to their original owner - the company Morgan.

According to preliminary information, the UK prices for new items will start at 46,000 pounds.
