The fact that the end of 2009 belonged to the rumors, has received official confirmation this week. Company BMW has released official photos of the model Z4 GT3.
Estimated cost model is 298 000 euros, with sales starting in the second half of this year. BMW Z4 GT3 will be available to teams that will enter the championships FIA GT3 European Championship, International GT Open and ADAC GT Masters.
BMW Z4 GT3 packed 4.0-liter V-8, available on the M3, which delivers 480 hp and connected to a six-speed gearbox. Also in the vehicle system includes Type-408 racing ECU, Power400 Control Unit and Racing ABS.
