On Monday, April 19, at the Hanover Industrial Fair (Hannover Messe) company Volkswagen presented the prototype cleaner taxis Milano Taxi, built on the basis of the concept car Up!. According to the German company, the first production electric cars brands will be launched into production within three years.

At the same time missing the front seat on the right side further increases the space for cargo and sitting on the back seat people. Conceptual cab is equipped with electric motor, the maximum capacity of 85 kilowatts, powered from a set of lithium-ion batteries. Cruising Car is 300 kilometers and 80 per cent of battery charging will only take one hour. Maximum speed VW Milano Taxi is 120 kilometers per hour.
