American tuning studio Hennessey Performance Engineering introduced a new sport package for the coupe Chevrolet Camaro SS. Program modifications is called HPE600 and allows to increase the capacity of the eight-6,2-liter engine with 426 to 602 horsepower, and torque - to 807 Nm.
Increase the impact of engine tuners managed by the installation of a mechanical supercharger Magna Charger TVS2300 (its value in chrome housing is 7,995 dollars, unit in black stands for a thousand dollars cheaper), reprogramming the engine control unit, upgrading the fuel system, install the new release system and a cold intake.
According to the studio, from zero to 96 miles an hour tuning car accelerates in about three seconds (1,6 seconds faster than the standard "Camaro"), and dregovuyu distance of a quarter mile it can take about 11 seconds. Maximum speed of the vehicle is not reported.
Furthermore, as options for the sports package available equipment coupe Camaro brand aerodynamic body kit body, adjustable suspension, improved grip and alloy wheels.
For Chevrolet Camaro Hennessey company offers six options for tuning, allowing the car to increase engine output to 475-1000 hp (in the most powerful version of the standard motor car is replaced by units from the forced supercar Corvette).
