Kia has submitted the recommended prices for the new Optima in the U.S.. We're used to seeing figures very attractive and only imagine these rates for Europe, they try to book a handful. The trouble is that here things will be different and its position soon have to do.

The initial range of Optima for this market is:

* 2.4 GDI LX 200hp $ 19,690 (€ 14,595)
* 2.4 GDI LX Aut 200hp $ 21,190 (€ 15,707)
GDI * 2.4 EX Aut 200hp $ 23,190 (€ 17,189)
* Turbo 274hp 2.0i EX Aut $ 25,190 (€ 18,672)
* Turbo 274hp 2.0i SX Aut $ 26,690 (€ 19,785)

The level of completion LX includes air conditioning, six airbags, stereo, power pack, USB port, bluetooth, twin exhaust, traction control, ESP, and automatic variants, alloy wheels and cruise control. The EX adds air conditioning, larger wheels, decorative accents, power driver seat, leather upholstery, pack and boot button visibility.

Finally the SX increase the reference amount alloy wheels with 18 inch sport suspension, fog directional optical bi-xenon headlights, headlight washers, leather-wrapped black steering wheel with paddle change, details on carbon fiber, aluminum pedals specific exterior aesthetic package.
