Official: BMW M3 pick-up is a joke

Last week we seemed to reach a collective hallucination seeing photos of a BMW M3 not quite like the others on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Transformed into a BMW M3 pick-up and covered with a few strips of camo as a vehicle of development that respects itself. So that's the end of the story.

We knew that these pictures were not retouched in Photoshop and the car was really, as it had been caught in the lens of photographer spies. In fact, BMW's engineers are very big jokers. The director of product communications at BMW, Dirk Arnold, admitted that this pickup was actually designed to fill the role of official joke for April 1. End of story then.

It plays well for BMW and it's nice to see. But now it is there, it seems better to play the game again Hopefully this utility M3 next Friday - April 1 - why not in a scene
