Even a concept study, a hybrid this time from French designer Thierry Dumaine. The name of Ventile is a small transparent urban car with special tires and is made of very lightweight materials with its weight is only 350 pounds.

Mechanical features a hybrid system, one electric and one gas. O electric charge through a large fan which moves the air. The wheels wear thin rubber so as to have the least possible friction with the ground and between them there are 4 fans and help them to charge the batteries.
