Candidates for Car of the Year 2012 in Europe

35 vehicles are fighting for the title.
Participants in the "Car of the Year in Europe 2012" are clear. A total of 35 cars will compete for the title.

On 9 February the jury of the "Car of the Year" will broadcast seven finalists, while the winner will be announced on 5 March under the spotlight of the Geneva Motor Show 2012.

The jury of the "Car of the Year in Europe 2012" is made up of 59 automotive experts from 23 countries. To participate in the contest, each candidate must be available on the market before the end of this year. It is also available in more than five European countries and has estimated sales of over 5000 pieces.

Last year the winner was the Nissan Leaf, and before his Volkswagen Polo.
