Official: New Toyota Land Cruiser 2022-2023 photos and video

 










The Toyota today held the global unveiling of the new generation Land Cruiser (300 Series), drive to want to continue the legacy of the 70 year-old model, which has more than 10.4 million sales in 170 countries.

The Japanese company states that during the development of the new Land Cruiser it had two main goals. The first was to "inherit" and develop the spirit of reliability, durability and off-road performance associated with the Land Cruiser, while the second was to create a driving experience capable of dealing with any type of road, and turn the driver at its base securely.

The Japanese off-road model retains its body-on-frame structure and is based on Toyota's TNGA-F platform. Several modifications have been made to make the new frame lighter, while also being more rigid, with the total weight reduced by 200 kg. In addition, the center of gravity has been moved lower to the ground and closer to the passenger compartment to achieve a lower center of gravity, while for the same reason Toyota is installing an aluminum roof
