Lexus LFA Concept (2025): Full Electric Specs and GR GT Platform Details

VW ID. Buzz LWB 2024 caught as a prototype without camouflage

While the front and rear sections will be identical to the short-wheelbase model already available at present, major changes can be seen at the sides of the vehicle. The distance between the front and rear axles is significantly larger and the rear sliding doors have grown noticeably. In addition to alloy wheels in a different design than previously seen on the ID. Buzz, however, this LWF prototype does not seem to feature any other styling changes. No photos are available of the interior, and the dark-tinted windows prevent us from peeking inside. But the ID. Buzz LWB will offer up to three rows of seating with room for up to seven people. The most popular configuration will probably be the one with two single seats in the first row, a bench seat for three in the second and two split-folding seats in the third row. We don't know exactly how long the LWB model will be, but in a teaser presentation to investors last year, Volkswagen showed an image that suggested the wheelbase wou...

Peugeot 508 and 508 SW presented with facelift for 2023 - 2024

Five years after its debut, the facelift of the sedan and station wagon is now showing. The Peugeot 508 gets a sharper look and an update of its entire equipment in the course of this revision. The new models are clearly recognizable by a new light signature at the front. The 508 and 508 SW will then be available at dealerships from June 2023. The lion brand's flagship range has received an all-new snout with a more aggressive grille whose black slats extend around the entire front end. Peugeot's large "mouth" continues at the bottom with a wider grille than the previous model, while the sides feature new matrix LED headlights complete with three thin daytime running light "claws."

Hyundai i10 2024 caught again as an Erlkönig SPY shots

The last prototype sighting of the facelifted Hyundai i10 was a while ago. Just under half a year to be precise. And the photos taken now don't show much progress so far. Okay, the camouflage on the sides has been removed and you can get an unobstructed view of the doors and door handles, but that's pretty much it. There is probably a very good explanation for the still extremely elaborate camouflage - the i10 seems to wear a completely redesigned front end with many changes compared to the previous model. These include new daytime running lights integrated into the grille, which are heavily inspired by the Tucson and other new models from the manufacturer. It's hard to tell if the headlights will also be modified, but judging from these early shots, it seems that their shape will not be changed. The design of the bumper will probably remain unchanged, although the area around the fog lights might be modified. There is also still a lot of camouflage at the rear, but we do...

2024-2025 Land Rover Defender SVX Spy pics

Land Rover is reportedly developing a more powerful V-8 version of the Defender, possibly wearing an SVX badge, to compete with off-road SUVs like the Ford Bronco Raptor and Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. The prototype for the Defender SVX has been spotted with a number of modifications, including widened wheel arches, raised suspension, mudflaps, BFGoodrich all-terrain tires, and a titanium exhaust with quad tips. It is not clear which engine is under the hood, but it is speculated that it may be a version of BMW's twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8. More information about the Defender SVX is expected to be revealed as development continues, and it is anticipated to arrive later this year as a 2024 model. Jaguar Land Rover's Special Vehicle Operations division had previously considered launching a Discovery SVX, but the project was ultimately cancelled.

2024-2025 Cadillac 3 row electric SUV spy photos

Cadillac's recent announcement revealed plans to introduce three new electric models. New spy photos offer a glimpse of one of those models, which appears to be a mid-size three-row SUV that may replace the gas-powered XT6. Cadillac has described the vehicle as "globally sized" with ample space and cargo capacity. Although the heavily camouflaged prototype doesn't reveal much, design cues taken from the Lyriq are evident, such as the front fascia lines, vertical headlight layout, and beak-like visor on the hood's leading edge. However, the vehicle's rear is notably different, as it maintains a relatively flat roof to accommodate a third row, which sets it apart from the sloping rear design of the Lyriq. From certain angles, the SUV bears resemblance to a Land Rover Range Rover Sport. The vehicle is expected to be revealed later this year and will likely have similar powertrain options to the Lyriq, with either a single rear motor producing 340 horsepower or ...

Spy photos of an upcoming Cadillac electric SUV 2024 - 2025

Cadillac has announced plans to reveal three new electric models, and recent spy photos give a glimpse at what one of those models may be. The SUV appears to be larger than the Lyriq and less truck-like than the electric Escalade. The design is a blend of the Lyriq and the XT6, featuring a relatively low nose with a flat hood, grille shape and slender daytime running light slots similar to the Lyriq, and taller to fit the SUV's shape. The sides have flush door handles, while the roofline and hatch provide maximum cargo and passenger space, similar to the XT6. The taillights appear to be Escalade-inspired, running from the bumper through the rear pillars to the roof. The vehicle will likely come with the same powertrain options as the Lyriq, with either a 340-horsepower single rear motor or 500-horsepower dual motors with all-wheel drive. It may also have additional battery capacity, but it's unclear whether this will enable greater range or just maintain the same level due to...

The 2024 BMW X5 and X6 M Competition models have become the only full-fledged M variants of the SUVs, with the regular M being discontinued.

The 2024 BMW X5 and X6 M Competition models have received a light refresh, including updates to styling and interiors, as well as a hybrid assist powertrain. Interestingly, the Competition models are now the only full-fledged M variants of the SUVs, with the regular M being discontinued. Performance-wise, the new models are nearly unchanged compared to the previous Competition versions. Both the X5 and X6 come equipped with a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine producing 617 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque, which is the same as last year's models. The significant difference is the addition of a 48-volt hybrid assist motor in the eight-speed automatic transmission, which provides 12 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque. This assists with setting off from a standstill and stop-start functions. The 0-to-60-mph acceleration time remains 3.7 seconds for both vehicles, with top speed limited to 155 mph. However, the M Driver's Package raises the top speed to 177 mph. Chassis ...

BMW has unveiled the new generations of the M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible, which are set to make their official premiere in a few days at the Geneva show. The vehicles come equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 engine generating 560 horsepower and a maximum torque of 680Nm. The maximum speed is limited to 250 km/h, but the M Driver's package can unlock it and allow it to reach 305 km/h. The new M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible are much more fuel-efficient than their predecessors, boasting up to 30% reduction in fuel consumption thanks to start/stop technology, brake energy regeneration, and other Efficient Dynamics technologies. As a result, the average fuel consumption is 9.9l/100km for the coupe and 10.3l/100km for the convertible. In terms of appearance, the M-models are differe...
